• Fees are non-refundable;

• Late payments are subject to interest at 2% per month (24% annually);

• Services may be paused or terminated for non-payment;

• All fees are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and exclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Olivia Rina Inc., including strategies, frameworks, processes, training materials, reports, and deliverables, remains the intellectual property of Olivia Rina Inc. unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for internal business purposes only.

You may not:

• Reproduce, resell, or publicly distribute our content;

• Modify or adapt our proprietary methods or templates for commercial resale.

6. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the other’s Confidential Information.

This obligation:

• Includes safeguarding business data, trade secrets, strategy documents, and financial information;

• Survives termination of the agreement;

• Does not apply to information that becomes public or is legally required to be disclosed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Olivia Rina Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to:
